Terrible customer service! As for there supervisor she was an extreme -----! They took payment 4 times and were extremely rude with my bank so much that my bank felt sorry for me and waived the fees charged by them for taking multiple payments! They also didn't deliver my can til I complained 3 times! Everyone stick with Imperial waste- cheaper! And much friendlier!

Never delivered my can, until I called 4 times! She told me the wrong pick up day, and never sent us information, like a BILL! Very Very Very poorly ran buisness! She was so rude and ignorant I eventually just hung the phone up!
