They came out to fix my dryer, the first time He did not even check the dryer out completely. He found a bird's nest in the hose and assumed that was the only problem. Than a week later they had to come back out my dryer was not working again. It was a broken belt. He also checked the vent hose again, lost my clamps that holds the hose on and did not even put it back on. I called the office, the lady tells me it is the basically my fault since a birds nest got into my hose that their techs lost the clamps. What???? She argued with me and blamed us. They were expensive clamps and I just want them back. I do not think it is fair that I have to pay two deductibles and loose my parts I paid for. I would not recommend them to anyone. I complained to Nipsco's ESP so they do not use them again. I would not give them any stars if that was an option. Have respect, put people's things back how you found them, correctly. That is all. What happened to respecting other people's property? What kind of business ethics do you have? Do not use. Call someone else.
I asked Fase to bring me another one. He said he didn't have one but did offer to buy it back at half price.
The whole time he acted like I was being ridiculous.
Sold me a refrigerator that reeked of cigarette smoke. We scrubbed it down, washed it out with vinegar, and the smell was still there a month later.

He is always very helpful , respectful and kind . i have always found what i wanted and liked . Marty, The owner , has always given fantastic service to me and i get what i want delivered usually within 2 days some times even in one day . His sales person is also his secretary . She is his niece and she is a real sweetheart too . this past week i got another new washer , dryer, and refrigerator because i had lightning hit my house and do damage with frying my appliances and other major damages to my house . Plus a few months ago i got an extra refrigerator and freezer . all brand names and all beautiful . In the past i had also purchased TV' s , microwaves, VCR's , bar b ques , dish washers , stoves ,refrigerators and washers and dryers . the other day he personally came and reconnected my dryer , it was sending steam into my utility room the pipe had not been fastened tightly, he also put a plastic clip on the refrigerator dust guard that had fallen off when it was moved . today he came to fix my ice maker it had stopped dropping the ice , it too was a simple fix . BUT how many other store owners would take the time to come to a customer's house? i bet not one other one ! He has always been very kind and nice to deal with he also has great service men and delivery guys . they are all very respectful and careful .delivery is fast and so is repair services . I will never go anywhere else for buying these items , because he can't be beaten in price or service or repairs . He also is a great person to talk to , really friendly and takes the time to explain things .
