Bad management leads to stressed workers leads to bad resident experience.
The cna's are wonderful but obviously under staffed. When asking nurses on all 3 wings of the building to assist with something they say they are more than happy to help but they end up pulling one of the cna's. The kitchen staff are courteous and take last minute changes in stride. Considering their high turn out rate and the fact that nearly all of the original staff have quit leads me to believe there is obviously something wrong in management.
