Horrible customer service for a local business. Will institute a "No Refunds" policy without exclaiming the point before purchase. Took advantage of my wife during a blizzard while I was out of town.
Great place to get home supplies or hardware in a pinch . I try to shop locally as much as I can however i also try to shop at places that offer military discounts for service members and veterans . This place is convient for me but there are other stores with hardware that offer military discounts so I will drive the extra distance to support a patriotic hardware store.
