I would say brian shields is ok but the last assistant I had is GARBAGE.
I would recommend Dr. Shields to anyone that asks.
This dentist was horrible. All of my children loved the dentist prior to going to him. Now they are terrified!!! He pulled 5 of my son's teeth in one sitting (and they didn't need to be pulled). I had two insurances to cover and never had to pay out of pocket at prior dentists, but ended up getting a $430 bill, and he also got paid from the insurance. He drilled my daughter's tooth and never filled it as well! Please don't bring your children here, and I wouldn't recommend him for adults either
this is the worst dentist I've ever been at. And brian shields is only concerned about MONEY not your teeth. DO NOT COME HERE! You will get better service anywhere but shields.

I've been seeing him for a while now, and have never been disappointed either with his services or pricing. He and his staff ( who is GREAT by the way) have always helped me to co-ordinate my dental insurance according to my needs, and have been fantastic in the treatment room. As opposed to prior comments, I've had no service recommended or done that didn't need to be done, including crowns. Plus there was some work that I'd thought needed to have done, which was explained to me by Dr. Shields that would be un-necessary.
