Traded in brake pads that were covered under warranty, no problem. The lady wasn't friendly at all then I got all the way home without the clips. My fault I guess but if she would have asked me I might have remembered. I thought the clips came with the pads, in the box, to begin with but apparently not because there wasn't any in the box. So I had to go back to buy some & unfortunately it was a 20 minute drive.
