Jean and Tony are very helpful even though we were able to get a car we will eventually and we will definitely go through them.
They will run your credit an excessive amount of times which will leave hard pulls on your report and lower your score. They will give you an interest rate (7%) only to go back on it and give you a higher one (11%) when it's time to sign the papers and they will over charge you for the vehicle. The only reason our bank wouldn't give us the loan and they had to run our credit a bunch of times is because they priced the vehicle higher than the bank said its worth. My husband went in again after three years, to give them another shot, only for them to run his credit multiple times again!! My husband told them NOT to pull a bunch like before! They also told us 11% interest when our credit is MUCH better than it was three years ago when we bought the car from them. Hubby went to walk and told him they could do 4.2%. Seriously, can we say scammer! Totally bad business!
I purchased a 2005 Chevrolet Equinox from Gene and Tonys. When I purchased it I was told and was fully under the impression that I was purchasing an AWD vehicle, I was even given a CARFAX that shows it being an AWD. I checked the oil shortly after purchase and when I checked it I found it low and extremely dark (within a week of purchase). I took it to a Chevrolet Dealership to get the oil changed where I was informed the transfer case (AWD) was removed from the SUV. Very concerned and taken advantage of I contacted the dealership and Tony answered. I explained the situation and was told “what do you want from me”? I tried to just get my 500 deposit back and was pretty much told to pound sand, laughed at, talked to very rudely, then hung up on. I’m trying to figure out what to do since this was the vehicle I use to get my 9 month old daughter and myself around. Now with the AWD being removed and many other problems I am without a safe vehicle for my young family. BUYERS AND FAMILIES BEWARE these two being from a small family orientated town in my opinion care nothing about there community or those who live in it. My opinion is they are crooks and out for one thing and one thing only, do whatever it takes to put a dollar in there pocket.

My husband and I have come to Gene and Tony for years now, and they have been awesome to work with, ALWAYS. ALWAYS willing to help, ALWAYS making sure we are taken care of. I find it odd that people would leave bad reviews... I'm sure if anything went wrong, it's not at the hands of Gene and Tony. People tend to blame others when things go wrong...but quickly forget who's there to help out when they are desperate for financing and finding a reliable vehicle. That's what Gene and Tony are there for. Honestly never met any other car dealers that are willing to go above and beyond for their customers... good luck finding that at any other dealership!
